It was the earthly abode of PAULASEER LAHARI MUTHUKRISHNA during His mission as IMAM MAHADI. It is also known as PARADISE - CITY OF TRUTH.

Established in 1963 by Paulaseer Lahari Muthukrishna, Manujothi Ashramstands in a sixty three acres of landscaped plot inVadakkuAriyanayakipuram village of Ambasamudram Taluk in the Tirunelveli District of Tamilnadu.

He wanted this Ashram to serve as the Paradise of earth for the whole community of believers in His gospel of ONE God for humanity and it does serve so.That is the very reason He selected the name

Manujothi meaning “Light to the Mankind.”

It is situated in Tamil Nadu near Tamirabarni river, Mukkudal in Tirunelveli district, South India.

The Ashram is situated about seven kilometres north of Mukkudal on the Tirunelveli - Pappakudi road and four and a half kilometres south of Maranthai on the Tirunelveli - Tenkasi road. Its postal address is Sathianagaram (City of Truth), Odaimarichan P.O., (Via) Pappakudi - 627 602,Tirunelveli District.

With shade-trees abounding and stately palmyrah trees standing as sentinels and with a good supply of water for cultivation of rice and a variety of vegetables in the outer areas, pleasant greenery is the perpetual hall-mark of the whole Ashram. For domestic use also water is derived from the two deep wells dug years ago and water famine is a rare phenomenon at Manujothi Ashram.

• Only Vegetarian diet is provided here.
• The west breeze that comes from the far side of cool Courtallam is like Godsent benediction to this Ashram.
• The Ashram is residential and presently the number of inmates is 110. Their age range varies from six months to seventy two years.
• Visitors can stay a minimum of three days. Overseas with valid Visa and belief in the same faith can stay with the permission of the Ashram authorities. Food and accommodation is free.
• Apart from the residents who live in prayerfulness and also by attending to duties aimed at the general welfare of the Ashram as well as their own community life, believers and visitors also come here almost on all days. While their numbers vary on ordinary days, during festivities crowds come seeking spiritual solace either by listening to the sermons delivered by enlightened spiritual leaders or by seeking solutions to individual problems in private audiences with them.
• The believers and followers of the great doctrines of PAULASEER LAHARI MUTHUKRISHNA regard every visit of theirs to the Ashram as a great spiritual event.
• The residential area and offices having been built closer to the boundaries and also around the core area set apart for housing, leaves a good deal of vacant space in between, giving the whole Ashram a lovely look.
• The Ashram has a magnificent prayer hall able to hold a good number of persons at a time, in which community prayers are being held both early in the morning and also in the evening.
• The residential blocks have been connected with treelined pathways and walking along them can itself be a pleasurable experience to anyone. The Tamil Nadu Transport Corporation operates eight bus services to the Manujothi Ashram daily of which one is a stay service which on its return trip leaves as early as at 5 a.m. from Ashram precincts to Tirunelveli Junction.
• A motorable village road connects the Ashram with Maranthai and those who come in vehicles from either Tirunelveli or Tenkasi side may take this pathway to reach the Ashram.

The Ashram is provided with two phone connections from Mukkudal Exchange, their numbers being 274543 and 292643. It owns one motor vehicle by the grace of Iyyah, and the Ashram authorities are confident of meeting any exigency with respect to the inmates or visitors should such an eventuality ever arise.

OUR MOTTO

Realizing fully that there is only one God for the Universe and that He is the One who performed at the beginning the Supreme Sacrifice (Noble Sacrifice) - the Lamb slain since the foundation of the world - though called variously as Allah by followers of Islam, Christ Jesus by Christians, Jehovah by the Jews. He is being exalted always in the Ashram either collectively or individually by the inmates in accordance with the tradition and rules laid down by our IYYAH - IMAM Himself.

In order to spread this message of the Light of salvation world-wide, in confirmity with the Scriptures of all religions namely the Holy Quoran, the Holy Bible, the Vedas, and Scriptures of other Religious faith. The Ashram would strive to organize ‘Praise and Meditation Centres’ in select places in all the countries of the globe. The Ashram and the Praise and Meditation Centres would propagate non-violence, the real JIHAD by supporting those who advocate it as a means to settle all disputes.

Based on the knowledge that One God has created every living being and His spirit pervades them and the Universe and so it is sin to harm innocent creatures in any way, the Ashram and its subsidiaries as a mark of their endeavour to promote universal love, would serve only vegetarian diet for inmates, guests and visitors, at all times.
